How to forward a suspicious email from Thunderbird for analysis.

Select the suspicious email
Click on the email in your inbox.

Forward as attachment
Go to Message > Forward As > Attachment, or press Ctrl+L.

Send to Check@IsItBad.Email
Enter Check@IsItBad.Email in the To field and click Send.
Send your suspicious email to
Check@IsItBad.Email
